My Bio
Noémie
McGill
Hi everyone!
My name is Noémie and I am a first year medical student at McGill University (Med-1). I also do research at the Montreal Neurological Hospital on Huntigton's disease. Last year, I completed my medical preparatory year (Med-P), which is dedicated to students admitted to medicine at McGill directly from CEGEP. I am fully bilingual, so I will be happy to help you in French or English.
Two years ago, I was accepted to McGill University, Université de Montréal and Université de Sherbrooke. Due to the Covid pandemic, during my year of admissions, McGill was the only university that offered interviews to applicants. I was still able to live the full interviewing experience with the stress and excitement that come with it. This year, I decided to join MedCoach to help you navigate through you medical application process, which can be anxiety provoking, but in the end can also be so much fun. I find that interviews are the best opportunity to showcase your personality and your assets. Furthermore, I wrote the French Casper test and the McGill CV, so it will be my pleasure to help you with these preparations too. Writing the McGill CV may seem like a difficult task, as it has to be concise and well written, but I will certainly be able to review it with you and give you some suggestions to improve it.
To finish with, my goal as a coach is not to change your way of being, but rather to help you formulate your thoughts, to work on formulating original answers that will differentiate you from other applicants, to help develop confidence in yourself and to meet your personal goals.
I can't wait to start prepping with you!!
