It is my pleasure to welcome you to MedCoach!

My name is Leah and I am the president of MedCoach. We started MedCoach in 2012 in order to provide affordable resources for students trying to get into medical school!

While I no longer hold formal coaching sessions, you can contact me at any time through leah.feldman@mymedcoach.ca for any questions.

I run the Weekly MMI Video Series that is held once per year where we go over the key skills needed to ace any MMI station, as well as many practice cases.

Also, if you purchase the Ultimate Membership, you will be meeting with me for a planning session and we will be in constant communication in order to provide you with the support that you need to get into medical school! I will also conduct the final review on your written application as part of your membership.

**PLEASE NOTE** I only provide online coaching sessions (via skype)

Here is a little bit about me!

I went to Marianopolis for CEGEP and it was during the first year when I decided that I wanted to apply for Med-P. During CEGEP I did many volunteer activities (first aid, ambulance, ER at the Jewish) and I played in a youth orchestra! After two years of hard studying I was accepted into Med-P at McGill! I did not apply to any other universities because McGill was my dream and it was either McGill or nothing!

I am now finished my Family Medicine residency and I now practice Family Medicine in Toronto! I still have time for some things I enjoy (cooking, reading, real estate, and of course coaching!). I also have a very cute puppy 🙂

I can provide you with insight as to what it is like being a medical student and what it is like to be a practicing physician, the situations you will face and the transformation you will go through over 4 years! I can also help you understand if medicine is right for you.

  8. I took the on-line course with Leah, she is amazing… Leah is so passionate to help students to achieve their goals; I learned a lot from her. The concepts that Leah taught us will not only help us in the interview but also in our future career as a physician. Moreover, Leah was very supportive of the students, she was responsive to emails and questions. Thank you Leah for donating your time.
