The coach will be “NAME-SCHOOL”. Any other user is not a coach

[/accordion-item] [accordion-item title=”How long will it take my coach to answer?”]Your coach should answer your message within 48-72 hours. If you do not hear from your coach, please send us an e-mail at support@mymedcoach.ca so that we can follow up and ensure your coach received the message.
[/accordion-item] [accordion-item title=”Do I need to send a message to the coach before booking?”]No. If the coach has availability on the booking page, you can book them directly! You do not need to send them a message prior to booking. Once you book the session, your coach will send you a message at least 48 hours prior to your session. If you do not hear from your coach at least 48 hours before your session, please e-mail us right away at support@mymedcoach.ca.
