Refund Policy

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority and we take all refund requests quite seriously. In each case you will be contacted personally by one of our staff in oder to understand your refund request and to request further feedback from you so we can improve our services!

You have 72 hours from the date of purchase to request a refund. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Requests may be subject to a $5 administration fee (unless there was an error on our end, in which case the fee is waived).

Please send all refund requests to support@mymedcoach.ca.

Your request must include the order number and your reason for requesting a refund or exchange.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@mymedcoach.ca.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

You may request an exchange for a different product/service instead of a refund.
