Manasi is a patient, kind, and understanding person. She is compassionate, and is able to meet you wherever you are in the process. I met with her a few times for MMI interview prep before my interview at Mac, and she truly helped me refine my framework while delivering my thoughts cohesively. She always came prepared with an agenda based on what I told her I felt were my weaknesses and she gave me an idea of what the interview process is like, which definitely prevented me from going in unprepared and doe-eyed.
