My name is Weiting and I’m a medical student at University of Sherbrooke. Three years ago, I was just like you, a medical school applicant eager to find the best resources to prepare me for the selection process. It is MedCoach that gave me these resources. In a social event, I met a coach who offered me one-on-one sessions to help me prepare my MMI interviews. The in-depth advices I received from her and the practice interviews we simulated together throughout these sessions all became precious resources tailored to my needs, resources I found nowhere else. Getting introduced to MedCoach three years ago was my key to medical school. Today, l would like to pass on this key to you. Let me become your coach.
This year, Covid-19 has brought important changes to the medical school application process. However, no matter the changes, I personally believe that any successful applicant works on developing these three elements: empathy, introspection and confidence. My coaching sessions will therefore help you grow these skills:
-understand how other people feel in various contexts
-find your strengths and weaknesses
-be confident in your decisions
Hope to meet you soon!
